An internship at Kontek Energy is both a genuine work experience and a process of learning, exploration and growing awareness. As we introduce our interns to the dynamics of corporate life and help them discover their areas of interest within the sector, we recognise their potential, view them as Kontek’s future leaders and focus on developing their capabilities and creating value together.

We take a close interest in the contribution our interns make to our organisation and culture. Each intern is assigned a mentor. Projects prepared during the programme are evaluated by the relevant directorates and project owners receive certificates. Interns whose certificate scores are above the defined average become eligible for consideration in Kontek’s recruitment processes.
