As Kontek, we played an active role on-site in the sinking of the massive load-bearing caissons for the Osmangazi Bridge, which ranks fourth among the world's longest mid-span bridges. We handled the design, material procurement, manufacturing of ADP, MCC, and PLC panels, development of SCADA and PLC software, and integration with the positioning system for all electrical, automation, and communication systems involved in the sinking operations of the bridge's northern and southern caissons. Following a sinking process that lasted two full days, the caissons were precisely positioned and set in place.
